Pancakes with Trout, Cream Cheese and Avocado

An original and very tasty cold appetizer for a festive table – pancakes stuffed with trout, melted cheese, herbs and avocado. A great option for a buffet table.

Ingredients

  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 66 g
  • Vegetable oil – 15 g
  • Milk – 300 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Dill – 10 g
  • Processed cheese (creamy) – 100 g
  • Salmon (trout) – 120 g
  • Lime zest – 1 teaspoon
  • Avocado – 50 g

Directions

  1. To make the stuffed pancakes with salmon, avocado and cream cheese, you first need to prepare the ingredients.
  2. First you need to fry the pancakes. To do this, break 1 egg into a deep bowl, salt (pinch), add vegetable oil (15 g) and sugar
  3. Pour in 100 g of milk and beat with a mixer.
  4. Add flour and beat.
  5. Pour in another 200 g of milk and beat again.
  6. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour in a little batter. Fry the pancake on one side for 40 seconds.
  7. Turn over and fry for another 15 seconds.
  8. In this way, fry all the pancakes.
  9. Finely chop the dill.
  10. Mash the melted cheese with a fork and add the chopped dill.
  11. Cut the trout into thin slices.
  12. On a fine grater, grate the lime zest and sprinkle with red fish.
  13. Cut the avocado into strips.
  14. Then peel.
  15. We spread the filling on the pancake. Spread the cheese over the surface of the pancake.
  16. Place the trout and avocado.
  17. Wrap like rolls.
  18. Cut into portions and the stuffed pancakes with salmon, cream cheese and avocado are done!
  19. Serve the trout pancakes with skewers or toothpicks.
