  • 250 g papaya, (prepared and weihed)
  • 700 ml orange juice
  • 300 ml juice, (carrot juice)
  • 1 packet citric acid
  • 1 pack orange (s) - peel, grated
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, super

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the papaya, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Then weigh 250 g.
  2. Mix the papaya pieces, orange juice, carrot juice, citric acid, grated orange peel and preserving sugar.
  3. Stir everything in, bring to the boil over high heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir constantly. Please use a large saucepan so that nothing boils over.
  5. Then pour into glasses and let stand upside down for 5 minutes.
  6. The whole thing is pretty fluid and it takes a few hours to set.
