Ingredients

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, finely chopped, mixed, e.g. thyme, sage, rosemary, parsley, chives
  • 0.25 ¼ cup parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ cup butter, melt
  • 1 ¼ cup buttermilk
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, herbs and cheese together. Quickly stir in the buttermilk, butter and egg and pour the mixture into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
