Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed through
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 8 slice / s baguette (s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the parmesan, flour and spices well on a plate. Whisk the egg. Turn the meat first in the egg, then in the Parmesan spice mixture. Knock off any excess breading.
  2. Brush the baking sheet with oil, place the meat on the sheet and brown in the oven for about 15 minutes. Whisk the butter with the garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Brush bread slices with it. Turn the meat over and sprinkle with the remaining breading. Place the bread slices on the baking tray and brown the meat for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
  3. Tomato salad goes well with it.
