  • 3 cans mushrooms
  • 1 kg Mett, Thuringian
  • 1 kg onion (s)
  • 1 kg smoked bellies
  • 3 bottles sauce (shashlik sauce)
  • 3 cups sweet cream
  • 2 cups crème fraîche (herbs)

Instructions

  1. If necessary, cut the ingredients into small pieces and layer them in a saucepan in the order shown. Mix the kebab sauce, cream and creme fraiche and pour over the layered goulash.
  2. Cooking time: 2.5 - 3 hours at 200 degrees in the oven.
