Ingredients

  • 10 schnitzel, pork, chicken or turkey
  • 60 g flour
  • 3 glasses mushrooms, mixed mushrooms, mushrooms etc.

  • 1 tablespoon fondor
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub the schnitzel with salt, pepper, paprika and Chinese seasoning, turn in flour and place on a deep, greased baking sheet.
  2. Drain the mushrooms and spread them on the meat and bake for about 30 minutes in the 200 ° C oven.
  3. Cut or grate the cheese into strips and sprinkle over them.
