Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ passion fruit juice
- 125 g suar
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 0.25 liter ¼ schnapps (wheat grain)

- Mix the juice with sugar and vanilla sugar in a blender until the sugar is dissolved. Then add the cream and then the grain. Chill for at least 1 hour (if grain, cream and juice have not been pre-cooled)!
- Shake vigorously before drinking, as the ingredients can separate again.
