Instructions

  1. Put on the pasta.
  2. Chop all other ingredients and mix them together. The resulting sauce should be reminiscent of a coarse pesto. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly chilli flakes.
  3. Drain the pasta and collect the cooking water. Mix the pasta with the sauce and add the pasta water (approx. 100 ml) until it has a slightly creamy consistency.
