Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 2 packs creamed spinach (frozen), defrosted
  • 200 g Goronzola
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • olive oil
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, then drain and drain.
  2. Put the same saucepan on the stove from the pasta boil, heat some olive oil in it and fry the onion cubes. Now add the thawed creamed spinach and completely thaw and warm up while stirring. Roughly dice the Gorgonzola and stir in the spinach until it has melted. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and add the pasta. Now pour the creamed spinach over the pasta and stir everything together. Spread the grated cheese on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
