Ingredients
- 500 g spaetzle
- 2 leeks
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 4 egg (s)
- 125 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper

- Cook the spaetzle in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package for about 10 minutes.
- Rinse off the leek, clean it, cut into thick rings and add to the spaetzle about 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain both and drain in a colander.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Wash and clean the peppers and cut into strips. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.
- Mix eggs, cheese and cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Grease a baking sheet, mix all ingredients and distribute on top. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
