Ingredients
- 250 g pasta, raw
- 250 g cremefine, or cream
- 400 ml water
- 2 medium egg (s)
- 250 g ham
- 200 g cheese, e.. Gouda, Emmentaler
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
- 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon herbs, e.g. parsley

- First whisk the eggs and mix with the cream and water in a baking dish. Add raw pasta, salt, pepper, chilli and herbs. Cut the ham into cubes and fold in with part of the cheese (grated or cubed). Now press the pasta into the liquid so that it is barely or not at all uncovered. Scatter the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven at 175 ° C for about 35-45 minutes.
- Variants: without ham, with 150 g peas, with 200 g broccoli, with 200 g zucchini, with 150 g tomato cubes, with 1 tablespoon instant stock, without egg, with tomato sauce, with spinach
