- 500 g penne, or croissant noodles
- 200 g cooked ham
- 4 egg (s)
- 2 cups sour cream or sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 400 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- Dice the ham and place in a bowl. Add the sour cream, then the cooked, drained pasta and 200 g grated Emmentaler. Whisk the eggs and add them as well. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients together carefully and pour into a large baking dish. Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
