Ingredients

  • 300 g noodles, cooked (but weihed raw)
  • 700 g veetables (frozen mixed veetables)
  • 400 ml sweet cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 cloves garlic, grated or chopped
  • 3 onion (s), diced
  • 2 teaspoons stock, granulated, the sauce must be very spicy
  • 1 teaspoon herbs Provence
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, grated (or 1 scoop mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Frozen vegetables in the form that will be used later (saves dishes), 10-15 minutes under the grill (gives a delicious taste, but can also be left).
  2. During this time I chop the garlic and onions, mix them with the herbs, add 1 teaspoon of oil and put them in the microwave for 3 minutes on high power.
  3. In the measuring cup I mix the cream, milk, granulated broth, a good portion of freshly ground pepper (and, if you want to thicken it, also a raw egg). Mix this well with the whisk. Before you tip it over everything, stir again, because the granular broth is not dissolved and otherwise it will settle. If you taste it, it has to be quite spicy because the vegetables are cooked, not salted.
  4. By then the vegetables are ready (do not have to be brown, if they are, it doesn`t matter). Now add the pasta and onions etc. and everything is mixed well and the cream mixture is poured over it. Put cheese on top.
  5. To save time, I put everything in the combi microwave at 200 ° C and 700 watts for 20 minutes, but it can also be done in the oven at 220 ° C in 30 minutes.
