Pasta baked with cheese

I would say that this is a basic recipe for pasta baked with cheese. Pasta and cheese can be served as a side dish, or, having mastered this recipe, next time add your favorite additives to pasta: tuna, bacon, peas, sausages, and more.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Pasta (any) – 1.5 cups
  • Cheddar cheese, shavings – 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese, shavings – 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese, shavings – 1/2 cup
  • Ground tomatoes – 1/2 cup
  • Fresh or dried herbs (optional) – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Butter – for greasing the mold

Directions

  1. To make pasta baked with cheese, first, boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Liberally grease a small skillet with a refractory handle or a 20 cm baking dish. Place half of the cooked pasta in one layer in a mold. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella.
  3. Put the remaining pasta on top, pour over the grated tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella. And on top – parmesan. Send the macaroni and cheese to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Baked pasta with cheese is ready.
