- 900 g spelled flour
- 200 g semolina (hard wheat semolina)
- 14 egg yolks
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 ml water, lukewarm
- 100 g olive oil

- Put the flour and semolina in a bowl to form a hollow. Mix the eggs, egg yolks, water and olive oil and place in the well. Now stir and knead well. Wrapped in foil, let it rest in the refrigerator and process further as required.
