Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook until al dente according to the instructions on the package. When the noodles are done, finish the boil with a dash of cold water, place the noodles on a sieve, drain and let cool. Peel the bananas, cut into thin slices and drizzle with the lemon juice. Sprinkle with the curry powder. Cut the gouda into small cubes. Cut the ham into fine strips. Drain the pea and carrot vegetables and collect the liquid. Add the vegetables with the ham strips, gouda cubes and banana slices to the noodles, mix in.
For the sauce, mix the yoghurt with the chopped dill, add some of the vegetable liquid, season well with salt, pepper and sugar and fold the sauce into the salad ingredients.
