Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (e.. penne)
- Water (salt water)
- 2 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 large vegetable onion (s)
- 400 g tomato (s)
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sambal oelek
- 100 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh

- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and rinse. Clean the spring onions and cut them diagonally into fine rings. Finely chop the onion. Quarter, core and dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic and chilli.
- Mix the pasta with the vegetables. Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and sambal oelek together. Beat the oil under it. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and distribute it well. Cover and leave to stand for at least an hour. A delicious salad for grilling.
