Ingredients

  • 250 g asparaus
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant

Instructions

  1. Cut the asparagus into pieces and the broccoli into florets. Press the garlic through the press.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan. Sweat the asparagus, broccoli and garlic for approx. 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Then add the mascarpone, reduce everything until creamy and season with the vegetable stock.
  4. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add the pasta to the vegetables, mix and serve.
