Ingredients

  • 250 g salmon (wild salmon, frozen)
  • 200 g spahetti
  • Salt water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some dill, fresh or dried
  • some olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • possibly pine nuts

Instructions

  1. First, finely dice the onion and chop the garlic. Then let the oil get hot and sweat the onion and garlic in it until translucent.
  2. Season the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper, add to the onions in the pan and fry on both sides. Deglaze with white wine and cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Chop the salmon with a fork, stir in the sour cream and heat again. Season with salt, pepper and dill to taste.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and arrange on a plate with the salmon sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan if necessary.
  5. Tip: I roasted pine nuts and poured them over the salmon, it was very tasty.
