Ingredients
- 3 zucchini, sliced
- 1 can tomato (s)
- Oil and some Cremefine
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bottle Cremefine for cooking
- 1 packet cheese, grated for gratins
- 250 g pasta (I always use spiral pasta)
- 200 ml broth (more if necessary)
- salt and pepper

- Fry the onions and garlic in a little oil. Then fry the sliced zucchini briefly as well. As soon as they are browned, add the tomatoes. Deglaze with broth, season with salt and pepper. Let everything reduce a little until the zucchini are cooked through. Then add the Cremefine. Remove the sauce from the heat and use the hand blender to chop everything up.
- Put the pasta raw in a baking dish. Pour the pureed sauce over it and finally spread the cheese over it.
- Put the casserole in the oven at 180 °. Until the pasta is done. For me it always takes about 15-20 minutes.
- We always have a nice green salad with it.
- Tip: if you want, you can of course refine the sauce with spices of your choice. We like it less spicy, but more the taste of the zucchini.
