Instructions

  1. Fry the onions and garlic in a little oil. Then fry the sliced zucchini briefly as well. As soon as they are browned, add the tomatoes. Deglaze with broth, season with salt and pepper. Let everything reduce a little until the zucchini are cooked through. Then add the Cremefine. Remove the sauce from the heat and use the hand blender to chop everything up.
  2. Put the pasta raw in a baking dish. Pour the pureed sauce over it and finally spread the cheese over it.
  3. Put the casserole in the oven at 180 °. Until the pasta is done. For me it always takes about 15-20 minutes.
  4. We always have a nice green salad with it.
  5. Tip: if you want, you can of course refine the sauce with spices of your choice. We like it less spicy, but more the taste of the zucchini.
