Pastry “Potato” without Condensed Milk

This version of the cake is very simple, from the products that can be found in any refrigerator. You will need a simple cookie, butter, sugar and some milk. You can roll in cocoa or ground cookies.

Cook: 3 hour

Servings: 10

Ingredients

  • Cookies – 250 Grams
  • Butter – 100 Grams
  • Milk – 50 Milliliters
  • Sugar or powder – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Cocoa powder – 2 Tbsp. spoons

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary items for making cakes. From this amount of ingredients, I got 10 pieces.
  2. Fold the cookies in a blender, turn it on for a couple of minutes at full power.
  3. Grind the cookies until you get a fine crumb.
  4. Pour the cookies into a deep bowl. Melt the butter. Add sugar or powder, milk and melted butter to the crumbs.
  5. Stir with a spoon. The mass should be moderately moist and sticky.
  6. Gather a tablespoon of crumbs in your hand, form cakes.
  7. Dip each cake in cocoa powder or in a mixture of cocoa and cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. The cake is ready! You can make eyes from protein cream.
