Ingredients

  • 200 g sloes (patxarán - endrinas)
  • 2 bottles schnapps (grain)
  • 300 g suar
  • 20 coffee beans
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 3 tablespoon anise seeds
  • 0.5 liter ½ water

Instructions

  1. Place the sloes with anise, cinnamon stick, vanilla pod (cut open), sugar and whole coffee beans in a screw-top jar or something similar. give and fill up with the grain. Let this approach stand for at least 4 weeks (preferably longer). Shake from time to time.
  2. Filter everything through a clean cloth and gently squeeze out the fruit. Dilute to taste with a little water and possibly sugar (a matter of taste, I personally like it undiluted).
