Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 small can peach (s)
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Sauce thickener, lighter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into strips. Finely dice the onion and sauté in a pan. Add the cut chicken breast fillet, season with salt and pepper to taste and fry. Then add the clove of garlic (finely chopped or pressed).
  2. Open the can of peaches and deglaze the whole thing with the juice. Add the peaches (cut into small pieces to taste). Then add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat until the chicken breast fillet is cooked through.
  3. Finally add the processed cheese and stir until it has dissolved in the cream sauce. Tie with sauce binder according to taste and needs. Tastes particularly good with fresh baguette.
