Ingredients
- 2 cups cream
- 2 point cream stabilizer
- 1 point vanilla sugar (bourbon) or a scraped out vanilla pod
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 point sauce (vanilla sauce to stir cold)
- 300 ml juice (multivitamin juice)
- 1 large can (s) peach (cut into small pieces)

- Beat the cream, cream stabilizer and vanilla until stiff.
- Mix the sour cream, sugar and yoghurt until creamy and then fold in the cream.
- Cut the peach into small pieces. Mix the vanilla sauce powder with the multivitamin juice until creamy. Add the peaches.
- Then take a bowl (preferably made of glass, as the dessert comes into its own this way) and first layer the cream, then the peach mixture, then the cream again, the peach again and finally the rest of the cream mixture.
- Tip: Save a tablespoon of multivitamin mixture and put it as the last blob on the top layer. Now pull small strands into the cream mixture with a kebab skewer. On top of that you can sprinkle coconut or grated white chocolate to taste.
- Now the dessert has to be in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
