Fry the meat, let it cool down, cut into 2cm slices. Sauce, 1/2 bottle of tomato ketchup, 1/4 L sweet cream, 1-2 teaspoon. Mustard, 1-2 tablespoons. Put sugar, salt, pepper and curry powder in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Sauce must be sweet and taste like curry. Thicken with flour.
Line the baking dish with the drained peaches, slices of meat on top, then the sauce. Sauce must cover the whole thing well. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese.
