- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 2 tablespoons oil
- some basil leaves

- Peel the peaches and tomatoes and cut into thin wedges. Salt the tomatoes.
- Arrange the peaches and tomatoes alternately on 4 plates, pour the lemon juice over them. Drizzle with the oil and pepper. Garnish with the basil leaves.
