Ingredients
- 150 ml water
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon oil, e.g. peanut or walnut oil
- 125 g quark
- 70 g peanut butter
- 200 grams flour, 405
- 250 grams flour, 1050
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon peanuts, chopped, or almonds

- Put all moist ingredients in the above order in the baking machine. Then add all the dry ingredients (the yeast on the flour so that it doesn`t get wet immediately). Then you set the baking machine to medium baking time (e.g. for a normal sized mixed bread) and let the bread bake.
- If you don`t like bits of bread, you can use ground nuts or almonds.
- The recipe can also be made without a baking machine. In this case, prepare a pre-dough with the flour, yeast, sugar and the slightly warmed milk, add the remaining ingredients and knead into a yeast dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Then knead again and place in a baking pan (box). Let rise briefly and then bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
