Ingredients
For the dough:
- 80 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 70 g butter, very soft or runny
- 70 ml milk
- 130 g flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 100 g chocolate
- Fat for the mold or paper liners
For the filling:
- 150 g peanut butter
- 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
For decoration:
- 50 g chocolate

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and grease a muffin tin or decorate it with paper cases. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg until creamy. Mix the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder together, gradually adding to the dough while mixing.
- Then add the milk until the consistency of the dough tears off the spoon. Chop the chocolate and stir into the batter.
- Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Fill the molds halfway with batter, then place a good dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the batter and fill up with the remaining batter.
- I usually use half a bar of chocolate for decoration. Put 2 pieces of chocolate per muffin halfway into the batter before baking so that you can still see them. Other decorations, before or after baking, are of course up to your imagination. Bake for about 15 minutes.
