Ingredients
- 1 pear (s), ripe
- 2 apricot (s), dried (soft apricots)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 100 ml apple juice
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon oatmeal
- 250 ml whey
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed, possibly

- Wash the pear and cut into wedges. Dice the apricots. Boil both with honey, apple juice and lemon juice and let stand for 5 minutes on the switched off hotplate.
- Pour into a bowl, add the oat flakes and possibly the flaxseed and pour as much whey as you want.
- It is best to serve it very hot, then the muesli warms up and tastes best!
