- 160 g rocket
- 100 g cheese (Mancheo), Spanish hard cheese, thinly sliced
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey

- Cut the pears into narrow wedges and remove the core. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Arrange the rocket and pear wedges on plates, pluck the cheese into pieces and pour over with the walnuts.
- Make a vinaigrette from the oil, vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper and heat gently. Pour over the salad.
