Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Place the peeled ribs upside down on the tray, brush with the marinade and season with freshly ground pepper (you can also add them to the marinade).
  2. Roast at 160 - 180 degrees for approx. 1 hour on top and bottom heat. Salad, baguette or dumplings and sauce go well with it.
