Ingredients

  • 300 g penne
  • 100 g peas (frozen)
  • 100 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 100 g sweet cream, reduced fat
  • 100 g processed cheese, liht
  • 125 g ham, cooked
  • 15 cherry tomatoes, ripe
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh
  • Pepper, black, coarsely ground
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the package description.
  2. In the meantime, melt the processed cheese in the cream and milk over moderate heat. Dice the cooked ham and add it together with the peas. Heat the sauce, but do not bring it to a boil. Season to taste with the vegetable stock and the spices. As soon as the peas have the desired bite, turn off the stove and add the previously halved tomatoes and chopped parsley and stir. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Then arrange on plates and serve.
  3. WW-suitable with 9 p.per portion (including pasta as a filler for 4 p.).
  4. Tip: If points are not important, you can replace the milk with more cream or processed cheese to make the sauce even smoother.
