Ingredients

  • 250 g penne
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 300 g mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pot basil
  • 0.5 ½ pot oregano
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, also cut the mozzarella into pieces and mix with the oil. Finely dice the onion and the garlic clove and add them as well. Add the vinegar and mix everything well with the drained pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in the fresh herbs basil and oregano and let everything steep.
  4. An ideal summer salad. It also tastes great when the pasta is still a little warm.
