Ingredients
- 3 large bell peppers, red
- 200 g mozzarella
- 250 g feta cheese
- 200 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- 30 g tomato paste
- 1 small clove garlic
- salt and pepper

- Before you start you have to preheat the oven to 225-250 degrees.
- You have to cut the mozzarella and feta cheese into small cubes. Then you have to squeeze the garlic clove and mix it with the remaining ingredients in a bowl, it is best to use disposable gloves otherwise everything will stick to your fingers. You can add salt and pepper as you like.
- Next, all you have to do is wash the peppers, cut them in half and fill them.
- Finally, all you have to do is slide the finished pods onto an oven grate lined with baking paper
- at 175 degrees / convection in the preheated oven and let them bake for 20 minutes.
- Take out carefully and enjoy.
