Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg red pepper (s), quartered
- 1 kg tomato (s), quartered
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Wash, core and cut the peppers into quarters. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and remove the stalks. Wash and chop the parsley, remove the stalks. Finely chop the garlic clove.
- Fry the pepper pieces in the pan in the olive oil on both sides and then place in a bowl. Wait a little for them to cool down, then add the tomatoes. Add the garlic and parsley, mix, season with salt and pepper and serve.
