- 80 g fresh basil
- 2 tablespoon almond sticks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 200 ml olive oil
- 30 g parmesan cheese
- 30 g feta cheese

- Roast the almond sticks, peel the garlic cloves. Then put all the ingredients, except for the sheep cheese and the parmesan, in a tall mug and puree with a hand blender. Finally, add the sheep`s cheese and Parmesan, mix again briefly.
