Ingredients
- 1 bowl lettuce, (plucked lettuce, loose leaves) - substitute for green or iceberg lettuce
- 1 apple
- 1 pear (s)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 50 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 125 ml natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- chives
- parsley

- Cut the apple, pear and radish into small pieces and place in a large bowl with the salad. For the dressing, put honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, oil and yoghurt in a jar, shake well and pour over the salad, mix in the nuts and chopped onions, parsley and chives, season with salt and pepper
