  • 1 glass brandy
  • 2 bottles wine, Moselle wine
  • 1 bottle mineral water or sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and cut very finely. Dissolve the sugar in a little boiling water and pour over the cucumber with the brandy. After 1-2 hours top up with wine, sparkling wine or water.
