Ingredients
- 500 g sheep cheese
- 2 chilli pepper (s), red, pickled (piri - piri)
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), sliced
- Pepper - grains, colorful
- 1 handful olives, black and green
- Oil (sunflower oil)

- All ingredients are nicely layered in a sealable mason jar. Add enough sunflower oil to cover all the ingredients with the oil. Let it steep in a dark and cool place for at least three days. Then use the seasoned oil for salads.
