Ingredients

  • 400 g feta cheese
  • 6 clove (s) garlic
  • Thyme, dried
  • Thyme, a few twigs, fresher
  • 0.25 liter ¼ olive oil
  • 6 chilli pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the feta into small cubes.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves (number according to taste), cut in half and place in a large screw-top jar with the feta and chili peppers, season each layer with thyme.
  3. If you want, you can also add a sprig of fresh thyme.
  4. Fill the jar with olive oil and place in the refrigerator.
  5. Let it steep for at least 3 days.
  6. The amount makes two large screw-top jars.
