Ingredients

  • Flour – 900-1000 Grams
  • Milk – 250 Milliliters
  • Water – 250 Milliliters
  • Dry yeast – 20 grams
  • Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar – To taste
  • Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
  • Apple – 600 Grams
  • Raisins – 150 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – To taste

Directions

  1. First, mix milk with water and heat this mixture a little. Add yeast and leave for 10 minutes. Then we break eggs into a bowl with a yeast mixture, add salt and beat everything well.
  2. Now we begin to gradually add flour and knead the dough. It should turn out to be quite dense, put it in a bowl and put it in a warm place for half an hour. During this time, it should double.
  3. Then we knead it again on the table sprinkled with flour, and again put it in the heat for 20-25 minutes.
  4. When the dough is ready, we grease the table and hands with vegetable oil and spread the dough on the greased surface. Separate small pieces from it and form balls from them. We put them all on the table and leave to lie down for 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, let’s prepare the filling. Soak the raisins in hot water and leave for 10 minutes. We peel the apples and three on a coarse grater, pour them with the juice of half a lemon and add the raisins, mix everything.
  6. Next, take one ball of dough and stretch it with our hands. Put a little filling in the middle, sprinkle it with sugar and put the filling on top again.
  7. Connect the edges of the dough tightly.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pies on it on all sides until golden brown. The pies are incredibly tasty and aromatic.
