Ingredients

  • 1 pike
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 can tomatoes, chunky, approx. 400 g
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into small slices
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, sweeter, (white sausage mustard)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 1 cup cream, approx. 200 g
  • 50 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Wash pike and pat dry. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Place the butter in small pieces on a baking sheet where the pike should be. Put onion, garlic and tomato pieces on top as well.
  3. Salt and pepper the pike, fill with the parsley and place on the onion, garlic and tomato bed.
  4. Mix the ketchup, mustard and curry and brush the fish with it. Mix the cream with the milk.
  5. Put in the preheated oven and bake at 160 ° C top lower heat for about 50 - 55 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, pour the cream milk over and over again.
  6. Boiled potatoes or baguettes and salad go well with it.
