Ingredients

  • 200 g mararine (e.. Sanella)
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 lemon (s), unsprayed, remove the grated zest
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 100 g almond (s) (almond slivers)
  • 100 g raisins, washed, well drained
  • 100 g lemon peel, diced
  • 50 g orane peel, diced
  • some powdered sugar for dusting
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Stir the margarine in a bowl until frothy. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and lemon zest. Mix in the sifted flour alternately with the milk, tablespoonful at a time. Finally fold in the almond slivers, raisins, lemon peel and orange peel. Put 2 teaspoons in a pile on a greased baking sheet.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 175 ° C, gas: level 3 - 4) for approx. 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Dust the cooled baked goods with powdered sugar.
