Pineapple Snack

For the festive table, we suggest preparing a spicy pineapple snack with melted cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise. Such a festive snack with pineapples attracts with its taste and interesting serving on crackers.
Ingredients
- Canned pineapple – 100 g
- Processed cheese – 70 g
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Cracker cookies (not sweet) – 100 g
- Pomegranate – about 1/5 pcs.
How to make a pineapple snack:
Directions
- Squeeze canned pineapple pieces from excess juice. Finely chop the pineapple pieces. Transfer the chopped pineapple to a suitable bowl.
- Before cooking, keep the processed cheese in the freezer for several minutes, then grate it.
- Grind the peeled garlic clove on a fine grater. You can also use a garlic press.
- Chopped pineapple, cheese, and garlic, season with mayonnaise, mix.
- Distribute the resulting pineapple appetizer with cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise on crackers (about 1 tablespoon each).
- Decorate a festive snack with pineapples with pomegranate seeds.
