Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, (flying pineapple)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, alternatively lemon juice
- 300 g suar, brown
- 500 ml water
For the set:

- Either peel the pineapple with a pineapple peeler or cut the pineapple into slices and cleanly cut out the woody parts and the stalk. If you want, you can put a few pieces aside for the garnish. I always puree the whole pineapple and use other fruit for the garnish.
- Either puree the pulp, cut into pieces, with the water, sugar and lime juice in the kitchen machine with the knife or puree finely in the blender. Now fill the mixture into decorative portion glasses or everything in a freezer container, where the portions can be removed as desired.
