Ingredients

  • 875 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 1 bag / s yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead 1 bag of dry yeast, 500 g of flour, 50 g of sugar, 50 g of butter, 200 ml of milk, 1 pinch of salt and 1 egg. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  2. Drain 1 can of pineapple pieces. Knead the dough again, place it on the tray and distribute the pineapple pieces on top.
  3. For the crumble, knead 375 g flour, 200 g sugar, 200 g butter, 1 pinch of cinnamon and salt each and sprinkle over the pineapple. Let rise a little more and then bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
