Ingredients
For the dough:
- 400 g flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 50 g butter
- 250 ml milk
For the filling:
- 100 g salami
- 100 g ham
- 1 small Can / s tomatoes, chunky, approx. 200 g
- some salt and pepper
- some oregano

- Mix the flour and dry yeast well and work with salt, sugar, butter and lukewarm milk using the dough hook to form a smooth dough. In a bowl, covered with a damp cloth, let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the salami and ham into small cubes, mix with the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat, circulating air 200 ° C.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Knead the dough briefly and roll out about 5 mm thin on a floured work surface. Cut into approx. 16 squares. Knead the leftover dough, roll out again and cut into squares again.
- Place 1 heaped teaspoon filling in the center of each square. Fold into a triangle and press the edge with a fork so that nothing can open. Place the pizza bags on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-15 minutes on the lower rack, until the surface is lightly browned.
- Of course, you can also use any other ingredient as a filling.
