Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 grams flour
- 0.5 ½ yeast
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 ml water
- some oil, for brushing
For covering:
- 6 tablespoon tomato paste
- 150 g cheese (Gouda)
- Pizza seasoning

- Knead the flour, yeast, salt and water into a dough and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Brush the pizza pan with oil and roll out the dough evenly. Spread the tomato paste on the dough. Sprinkle cheese on top and season with pizza seasoning.
- Bake on intense heat for 8-10 minutes at 300 degrees.
