Ingredients
- 2 packs puff pastry, rolled out
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet cheese, grated (200g)
- 250 g ham, cooked
- salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Dice onion and ham, mix with sour cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper. Spread the rolled out puff pastry with it and roll it up into a sausage. Finally cut into strips with a sharp knife and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Baking time is approx. 20 minutes.
